A4 layout for medical document

I did the layout for an A4 front and back, medical document about Gestational Diabetes Mellitus. The design was created in Corel Draw but after finishing it, it was translated into Microsoft Word to be easily editable by the author. The text has been replaced with Lorem Ipsum for copyright concerns.
