I started organizing one month in advance. I thought of many activities for the participants. Some that were old/ CLASSIC / happened to a previous birthday party: cake, pizza, sticker dress-up, coloring pages, pinata, photos and some NEW: oracle type of coloring pages, treasure hunt, stories collage and diplomas. Here is the plan (in Romanian). I didn't follow it perfectly, there was room for flexibility, but the kids aproached all the activities. Most of the activities were a success with the kids. The noisiest and happiest activity was the treasure hunt, they were happy to find the clues, but some got upset that they didn't guess the clue, or that they weren't the first to find the next clue. There were 5 clues, and the final treasure was a box filled with many marshmellow bags, for every participant, because it's Ioana favorite treat these days and I wanted all the kids to find something yummi.
