31 Days Challenges

 

WHY?

I did this month of daily challenges for me, maybe it will help me somehow get out of my comfort zone. If you find it helpfull let me know. I took a LOT of inspiration from online / pinterest of already made "self help/ mental health challenges" there are many examples out there so if you like the idea, you can dive deeper into it. I like small drawings for coloring so I included that idea. Good luck in completing the challenges!

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  • Challenges can be done daily or one/a few a day. 
  • Challenges can be done randomly, not necessarily in order, but as they arise. 
  • Color the drawings as you fill in the challenges.
