31 Days Challenges

  WHY? I did this month of daily challenges for me, maybe it will help me somehow get out of my comfort zone. If you find it helpfull let me know. I took a LOT of inspiration from online / pinterest of already made "self help/ mental health challenges" there are many examples out there so if you like the idea, you can dive deeper into it. I like small drawings for coloring so I included that idea. Good luck in completing the challenges! INSTRUCTIONS:  Challenges can be done daily or one/a few a day.  Challenges can be done randomly, not necessarily in order, but as they arise.  Color the drawings as you fill in the challenges.

  model 1 - meditatie pe campul de langa plaja - generata cu AI RO / EN : Incerc sa aduc un suflu nou Newsletterului Amartis asa ca m-am gandit sa fac un mic giveaway.  Voi trimite carti postale facute de mine ( fotografiate sau generate cu AI) (daca se aboneaza minim 15 noi abonati): 10 carti postale catre noii abonati din Romania, care se aboneaza pana pe 15 iulie.  5 carti carti postale pentru noii abonati internationali Va inscrieti cu nume, email, optional telefon si voi alege aleatoriu castigatorii pe 16 iulie. Vă voi contacta apoi pentru a-mi da adresa de expeditie. Veti putea alege dintre cateva carti postale, aici atașate. (Daca aveti vreo alta ilustratie/ fotografie preferata de pe blog imi puteti spune) Newsletterul continue informatii despre ce am mai lucrat, ce am mai citit, ce am mai gatit, gradina si altele. EN / RO : The printed flyer is a good way to promote one's business. I created flyers for tourism, restaurants, flower shops, workshops, beauty salons, kindergartens.
