Am facut si oua uni, am aplicat cu fetita mea si abtipilduri pe oua, si am pus si folie ce se strange in contact cu apa calda.
Am incercat anul acesta, pentru prima data, sa fac si cozonac cu fistic. A iesit bunicel. Am facut eu si pasta de fistic, am cumparat 250 g fistic crud nesarat, l-am pus la inmuiat cateva ore, l-am curatat de coaja si l-am pus la blender cu lapte, zahar si smantana. Yum! Am facut si pasca clasica cu branza dulce si stafide si un cozonac cu de toate, ciocolata, rahat si stafide.
Am facut si drob si urmeaza sa fac friptura in vin.
